Tourist Visa Requirements:

1. Passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

2. Visa Application Form:

Two visa application form duly filled and signed.

3. Photo Specification:

Two recent passport size color photographs with ma or semi ma finish, 60% – 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

4. Forwarding-Letter:

Forwarding Letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to: The Visa Officer, Papua New Guinea High Commission, New Delhi.

5. Financials:

a. Proof of Occupation (salary slip etc.).
b. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
c. ITR for the last 3 years.
d. Foreign Exchange endorsement /Copy of Credit Card.

6. Ticket Reservation:

Ticket Itinerary.

a. Proof of Occupation (brief company profile, salary slip etc.).
b. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
c. ITR for the last 3 yrs.
d. Foreign Exchange endorsement /Copy of Credit Card
