- Motivation letter (300-500 words)

- Copy of passport

- 2 passport photos

All official documents need to be submitted with a certified English or German translation.
Upon receipt of the complete set of application documents you will be invited to an skype interview. This can be in person or via Skype.

- The properly completed visa application form
- A of passport

- Housing confirmation

- Confirmation of the health insurance

- Extract of criminal records

- Of savings account

- Study confirmation

Please be aware that the processing of your visa application may require up to 15 days.

Refund & Handling fee: In case the visa application is turned down by the embassy, ITM College will return the full amount deducted by an EUR 500,00 handling fee.
