1 . Completed visa application form J (Signature is required)

2 . Two (2) Passport-sized photographs along with visiting card.

3 . Copy of travel itinerary or return ticket

4 . Bank Statement (From the Person/Organization who is bearing the travel cost)

5 . Valid Passport.

6 . Hotel accommodation (if any)

7 . Cover letter (self-written) & Forwarding letter / NOC from relevant organization (if any)

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

1 . Completed visa application form.

2 . Two (2) Passport-sized photographs along with visiting card.

3 . Any business letters or invitations if entering for work or business

4 . Copy of travel itinerary or return ticket.

5 . Company letter and/or Bank Statement

6 . Valid Passport.

7 . In case of employment visa, work permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Jamaica in the case of employment and/or establishment of a business in Jamaica.

STUDENT VISA REQUIREMENTS

1 .Completed visa application form.

2 . Two (2) Passport-sized photographs.

3 . Copy of travel itinerary or return ticket valid for one (1) year.

4 . Bank statement.

5 . Valid Passport.

6 . Letter of acceptance from the school or institution which the student will be attending.

DIPLOMATIC OR OFFICIAL VISA REQUIREMENTS

1 . Completed visa application form.

2 . National passport valid for at least six (6) months.

3 . Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Mission to which the applicant is attached, stating the purpose and intended period of visit.
